Yes, it's a Disney movie and there are some similarities between The Jungle Book (1967) and Robin Hood (1973). Phil Harris does the voice for both bears, and in the song "the phony king of England", you can hear sounds of the song "I wanna be like you"- even some dance movements are the same. In any case, both films are excellent. :)
