In my humble opinion-the most perfect woman ever born. Oliva De havilland.

I love her films w/Errol Flynn. It's such a shame that she had such a terrible feud with her sister, Joan Fontaine.

A very nice-looking lady =)Little wonder Errol Flynn fell for her.

Olivia and her sister Joan Fontaine are Japanese by birth, that is to say they were born in Japan.

I'm so glad that she's still alive...

Amazing actress, she could play so many roles so well:)

One of my favourite, with Bette Davis. And she's still alive (92 years old). I'm so young, and it's quite strange to think that some of those legends (Kirk Douglas, Shirley Temple,...) are still among us. Too bad the media do not often give them the tribute they deserve...

Well, as sisters, they both made extraordinary careers in film appearing in many Classic Movies. I am planning further tributes to Olivia and Joan in the future.

she was SO AWESOME in the Snake Pit and the Heiress! de havilland isn't what you call BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL but she was so elegant. her acting was just great - and in my opinion, better than Joan Fontaine's. |
